The Rosalie Forest E.L.V.s

Eco Life Vouchers

We invite you to become an E.L.V. of The Rosalie Forest.

As an eco lodge, we provide a genuine hands on living eco experience for all visitors, and are involved, often through our registered N.G.O. (The Sustainable Living Initiative Centre - SLIC) in a wide range of community based tourism actvities and environemntal education programmes, aimed at protecting and enhancing our natural surroundings and the lives of it's people.

Through the educational experieneces offered in our range of sustainable accommodations and activities, we strive to educate all about the benefits of sustainable living.

The majority of funds raised from your vouchers, will go towards maintaining and improving the comprehensive educational experience offered to all our guests, including all Dominicans.

 

Only 50 ELVs will initially be issued : first come first serve.

ELVs will be entitled to the following:

All ELVs will become a sponsor in our indigenous tree planting programme, which includes a donation to our grand fond pre School Scholarship fund.

  • Entitles holder, their dependents, or assigned representative to 10 x 1 week visits.
  • Each 1 week visit is on accommodation only basis, in your choice of our rainforest accommodations.
  • Vouchers may be redeemed at any time, BUT ONLY one visit guaranteed per year.
  • More visits per year may be possible, at the discretion of management.
  • Two months advance notice is preferred, but every effort will be made to accommodate at shorter notice.
  • For ELVs visitng during the months of May, June, and October, each visit may be extended at no extra cost to 9 nights.
  • ELVs wishing to come in September may do so, and will have 2 weeks for the use of one week voucher. HOWEVER, AT THIS TIME THE LODGE ITSELF IS ALWAYS CLOSED, SO IT WOULD BE ON A SERVE YOUR SELF, NO SERVICE BASIS.

Cost of a Rosalie Forest Eco Life Voucher is :

Treehouses-EC$7000/US$2600/£1300

Cabins -EC$5,000 / US$2000/£1000

And all ELVs will be given one night with their choice of home stay host families, during any visit, according to availability.
