Below you will find a selction of packages for EcoFest ; there must be one just right for you
A VIP EcoFest pass includes entrance to all main marquee activities, conference, panel discussions, music concerts, ecofest exhibition, and a free fresh local juice or rum punch
In accordance with our social sustainability policy, and with thanks to our generous local EcoFest sponsors, we are happy to offer half price tickets to all Dominican Nationals. If you are not Dominican, please do not get jealous, we want to actively encourage as much local input and participation as possible.
Package 1 :Just The Ticket
**Dominica Nationals - all Just The Tickets Half Advertised Price **
Full One day VIP pass to EcoFest, with snack.
EC$100 / US$40 per person per day or EC$500 / US$200 per person for the full 8 days.
Half Day pass (for one event only) includes a drink but no snack.
EC$50 / US$20 per person per half day - EC$300 / US$120 per person for all half days
Save money - book in advance : Day tickets will cost EC$20 extra for full day and EC$10 extra for half day if bought on the day
Package 2 : The Spirit of EcoFest
Camping in your own tent at the lodge, we provide evening meal only, and full week VIP pass to the Festival
EC$900 / US$360 per person including the camping
Package 3 : Luxury EcoFest
We provide 3 meals, and full week VIP pass to the Festival
EC$1000 / U$400 per person,
accommodation price is NOT included
Package 4 : Home StayFest
Sleeping with a family as part of our village homestay programme, we provide 3 meals, and full week VIP pass to the Festival
EC$2000 / U$800 per person, including accommodation and all meals
Package 5 :The WanderFest
Sleeping elsewhere, lunch & dinner every day, and full week VIP pass to the Festival
EC$1100 / US$450 per person
Available daily for : EC$180 / US$70 per person
EC$800 / US$$300 per week
EC$200 / US$80 per day

Non profit organisations and those not selling products can exhibit for free.
EcoFest Exhibition Package
All exhibition participants will have either a table in a tent every day, with 2 chairs, or a spot in the main marquee. The tents will be lit at night. Exhibition participants are welcome to bring their own backdrops, posters etc...
On Sunday May 3rd, all exhibitors will have a the opportunity to make a short presentation on the main stage in the main marquee for the explore EcoFest exhibition day.
Marquee stalls will be sized maximum 8"x 8".
Individual tents are 10' x 10'
Special requests are possible, but may incurr extra charges.
Exhibitors will, alternatively, be welcome to bring their own stall and set up in any of the designated stall areas around the property.
The cost of a booth at EcoFest Exhibition 2009 will be :
