EcoFest 2009 - EXHIBITION
The EcoFest Exhibtion aims to show and display a wide range of environmentally friendly products, and innovative green ideas, that really work.
There will also be exhibits from various small eco / comunitry projects around the aound, inlcuding some of the UNDP SGP funded projects discussed during conference day. Some fascinating exhibits will be on display, and you will have the opportunatiy to discuss each product with the experts, and make purchases should you so desire.
The Exhibition will run throughout EcoFest 2009.
The Honourable Abraham Browne, M.P., our parliamentary representative, will officially open The Explore Exhibition Day on Sunday May 3rd. On this day the Exhibitors will be making presentations on the main EcoFest stage about their projects and products

EcoFest Exhibition Package
All exhibition participants will have either a table in a tent every day, with 2 chairs, or a spot in the main marquee. The tents will be lit at night. Exhibition participants are welcome to bring their own backdrops, posters etc...
On Sunday May 3rd, all exhibitors will have a the opportunity to make a short presentation on the main stage in the main marquee for the explore EcoFest exhibition day.
Marquee stalls will be sized maximum 8"x 8".
Individual tents are 10' x 10'
Special requests are possible, but may incurr extra charges.
Exhibitors will, alternatively, be welcome to bring their own stall and set up in any of the designated stall areas around the property.
The cost of a booth at EcoFest Exhibition 2009 will be :
EC$800 / US$$300 per week
EC$200 / US$80 per day
Dominica Nationals Special rates:
EC$400 per week
EC$100 per day
Non profit organisations and those not selling products can exhibit for free.
