High in the trees in the forest, The Bamboo Treehouse, offers an amazing, romantic, memorable experience leaving you with one problem : you wish you had booked to stay longer.
To reach the treehouse is about a 15 minute uphill hike deep into the forest jungle. You will be totally secluded and the only life around you is the wildlife. The floor is made of Boit Diabla, a local hardwood and the rest is a bamboo structure.
The treehouse has an electricity from a wind turbine which is mounted 100 feet up in the trees over the rainforest canopy above the jungle lodge accommodation. It also has its own state of the art composting toilet with washroom in the house, and there is a private shower downstairs under the house.
The dining and communal areas are a moment away from the room, and there is a drinking water filtration system in your room which is changed with fresh watwer daily by our staff.
The treehouse has a double bed, and a hammock. There is a communal kitchen nearby, using collected rainwater, and fresh drinking water is also filtered in the traditional jungle lodge communal kitchen.
There is a compositing toilet and cold shower, a moment's walk from the house. These facilties are shared with one other house.
